1. What is WannaBus?

We are a team that will bring you to your workplace via a comfortable and direct bus ride. We are determined to make your mornings less sucky!

 

2. How does WannaBus work?

Simply book a seat for yourself on our available routes, turn up, and enjoy your commute to work!

 

3. Does WannaBus operate the buses on its own?

We do not operate the buses on our own - we work with trusted bus operators as partners to deliver this service to you.

5. How do I suggest a new route?

Suggest a new route here. When there’s sufficient demand to commence this new route, we will contact you.

 

6. How did Wannabus come about?

We know the pain of a long and uncomfortable journey from home to work and we know we’re not alone. We are tired before we even arrive at our work desks! Wannabus is our initiative to mitigate this pain for ourselves and for you. You’re welcome! :)

Booking & Pricing

7. How much does the bus service cost?

The price of the bus services vary depending on the route. You can find out the price on the routes’ respective webpages.

 

8. On which days do the bus services operate?

Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays

 

9. How do I pay for the bus service?

We currently only accept Cash or Bank Transfer. You can refer to details on the routes' respective webpages.

 

10. Why must I pay for the service on a monthly basis?

As the buses are chartered on a monthly basis, we’d require you to make your payments on a monthly basis too.

 

11. Can I get a refund for days that I do not take the bus?

As the buses are charted on a monthly basis, we will not provide refunds for days that you do not take the bus. You are guaranteed a seat on the bus for the entire month, and it will not be released for sale to someone else even if you are absent on certain days.

Taking the Bus

12. How do I identify my bus?

All buses will have a Wannabus sign on it. We will also provide the bus plate number.

 

13. How do I board the bus?

You will flash your personalized e-ticket from your smartphone to the driver for verification - that's it!

 

14. Will the bus wait for me if I am late?

Unfortunately it won’t - this is to ensure punctuality of the bus service. We’re sure you’d understand.

 

15. What happens if the bus is late?

We only work with partners we can trust. However, in the unlikely event that the bus will be late (for more than 15 minutes), we will inform you via a text message. Upon request, we will also issue a Late Excuse Letter to our passengers.

 

16. What happens if the bus does not turn up?

We only work with partners we can trust. However, in the unlikely event of a "no-show", we will provide 3 complimentary trips per day of "no-show" (in the following calendar month).

 

17. What happens if the bus breaks down during the journey?

The bus providers we partner with are reputable operators with well-maintained buses. However should Murphy decide to pay us a visit and a bus unexpectedly breaks down during the journey, passengers may either wait for a replacement bus or take other forms of transport (i.e. taxi). To compensate you for the inconvenience, we will provide 3 complimentary trips per day of "no-show" (in the following calendar month).
